Recently published a paper that gives the followup on TURED patients treated for infertility not pain" J. Urol.155: 1291-1293, 1996.

Larry Lipschultz, MD

Does the transurethral resection of the ejaculatory ducts, and is published.

Jonathan P. Jarrow, MD

Passes a guidewire though the ultrasound probe into the seminal vesicle, through the prostate and out the penis. Then threads a catheter over the wire sticking out the penis through the prostate and into the ejaculatory ducts and dilates them, and is published.

Peter N. Schlegel, MD

Does a transurethral retrograde procedure to insert a catheter and dilate the ejaculatory ducts. Also usually has to partially resect the verumontanum to get the instruments in, and is published in a textbook, the Textbook of Endourology, by Sosa, et. al.
