It Works For Me

Daniel's protocol

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Take Ibuprofen as needed for pain.
  • Take buffered Vit C.
  • Find a really good Prostate formula.
  • Relax.
  • Get on the ground every day and pretend you are riding a bicycle for at least 2 minutes.
  • Double void (pee again a minute or so after your first pee) so you are training your bladder to empty out as much as you can.
  • Stay away from caffeine, chocolate, acidy foods like apples.
  • Don't eat spicy food, Not even mustard.
  • Make sure you get your rocks off, don't hold in that semen!
  • Sitting down might help you to pee better.
  • Don't eat tomatoes or tomato sauce.
  • Take a good amount of Zinc.
  • Don't eat tons of sugar and possibly feed yeast which might be having a party in your prostate.
  • Ibuprofen is anti- inflammatory. This is why I take it once in a while.
  • Don't eat too many acid forming foods like 2 pound steaks.
  • Keep your system acid- alkaline balanced.
  • Make sure you get calcium and every other mineral and vitamin there is.
  • Don't get totally drunk on alcohol.
  • Don't take drugs.
  • Take garlic.
  • Take MSM.
  • Take acidophilus and bifidus.
  • Don't sit down too much.
  • Get up and move around.
  • Make sure you are not constipated.
God, I could go on all night! But this is what is working (so far) for me.
