I have had prostatitis for over 20 years. During that time I have tried many treatments with limited results. About two years ago I started taking and continue to take 100 mg Niacin by Solaray twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. The results in pain reduction have been amazing. Cost is about $5 per month.
