My name is Ryan and I am a 19 year old college student suffering with CPPS/Chronic Non-Bacterial Prostatitis/Prostadynia (whatever you want to call it). I have had severe pelvic pain, urinary difficulties, and erectile difficulties over the past two years which have unfortunately become progressively worse. |

Well... heres the bright side of the story that I know everyone is waiting to hear. About 3 weeks ago, while doing my routine researching of this website, I stumbled across information on quercetin which eventually led me to an ad for Prosta-Q. |

I'm a 43 year old male, I've had three sprecific bouts of prostatitis since
age 21, all lasted more than a year before resolving on their own.
My first bout was very painful and very frustrating, I went from doctor to
doctor and antibiotic to antibiotic, all the while engaging in the activities
that probably caused the condition in the first place (long distance cycling,
frequent ejaculations,
high stress, spicy foods etc.)
After engaging in about a month of strenuous weightlifting and running, it
hit me again. I found this website, and focused on the
quercetin solutions, they sounded like the quick fix (why not start with
that?).
I went down the street for some quercitin with bromeline, and the same day
ordered the Prosta-Q. I saw I'mprovement within a week, and six weeks later, my
symptoms are 90 percent gone.
Besides the quercetin regI'me, I've cut out caffiene, spicy foods, running,
and weightlifting.
I can only think that the Prosta-Q is the main factor here, and I do not know
that I could have survived another year plus with the pain I had lived with
before.
