I have tried all kinds of antibiotics, and natural remedies. But the treatments that really worked were a few
1. Ozone therapy
2. Itraconazole
3. Tadalafil (cialis)
Ozone therapy completely eliminated my pain when I ejaculated, although some other symptoms remained.
Itraconazole taking doses up to two months seems to have attenuated the urgency, and some of the other symptoms.
As for cialis, I have been taking it sometimes, but recently with prostatitis I have noticed that it greatly improves the symptoms. I have read that its influence on nitric oxide seems to deflate certain areas of the bladder that are affected with the large prostate.
In summary, every time I have a little pain I take a dose of 5 mg or more of cialis, and 80% improves the pain or takes it off for up to several days.
Today I feel great, from time to time I can fall into a small crisis, but exercise and cialis are my friends.
