History: Age 23. 4 yrs with severe crampy pain at and some hours following ejaculation. Low ejaculatory flow and sperm volume. Oligo-asthenospermia. No micturitional symptoms. Never UTI. Drach-class: Prostatodynia. TRUS: Tender dilated seminal vesicles, slight tenderness over cyst. Therapy: Deroofing -> immediate relief of symptoms, improvement of spermiogram after 6 m.
